THE BLACK PACK FAQs
Shipping & Handling times usually run 7 business days. If there is a delay or backorder it will be communicated to you through email.
Shipping confirmations are sent out via email as well. If you would like to check on the tracking of your purchase you may do so using the tracking link that has been emailed to you.
We would love to have you as a bulk or wholesale customer. If you are a business please fill out our form and a representative will get back to you on fulfilling your wholesale order. Wholesale orders are also available for large scale events (more than 50 packs).
If you are an individual who needs an order of more than 10 (ten) packs for an event (family reunion, alumni meet-up, wedding, bachelor party, etc.) Please email us and for a discount code.
You may not purchase packs for resale on Ebay, Etsy, or an unapproved store. If you would like permission to sell at your store, please use the wholesale form.
You can create a customer account when you place your order to easily re-order. To log-in to your customer account, you will need your email address and your password.
I’m unable to change your password for you, but after clicking the Sign In link, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.
Change Account Email
It isn't possible to change the email address associated with your account at this time. You can create a new account using your updated email address.
Can’t Find Order Under My Account
All orders placed with the same email address will appear in your Customer profile in The Black Pack’s customer file. However, when you views your own account, orders placed before creating your account or while logged out won’t be included.
